Ima be pretty random on this site, but I'm also pretty serious and I like to write out my views, which can be pretty controversial... Hope CIA doesn't come at my house one of these days.. hehe I'd like to think that I have a pretty deep understanding of the world, but there's still so much to learn too. I want to make a difference, I want to be heard. I'm still pretty young, but it could all start right here, right? So for who-ever cares to listen.. =]

二十二: Winter Wonderland
Hahaha "I'm~ Drea~ming of a Whiii~~~te Christmas~" lol BS! It didn't snow a lot until now! x] I took a walk while it was snowing today and I realize there are things about snow I really like. Just seeing all the whiteness around, it was so pretty! =] Cold, yes, but that's what we have clothes for ahaha. Also, I loved how it was perfectly quiet. Personally, rain is my favorite, I love the sound and solitude of taking a walk in it. But it doesn't have that same stillness.. ^__^ The worst part about snow though: Shoveling it off the driveway!! >:P

二十: 聖誕節和新年
Yup it's already Christmas and New Year again. This year just seemed to freaking speed by.
My year in perspective:
-Survived 2nd Winter in Utah
-Spent manymany hours on a project for a competition.
-Completed 10th grade, and since stupid school system here is 3-year high schools: 1st year of high school.
-Summer marching band for the second year.
-Survived marching 2.5 miles in a parade while carrying a drum that was bigger than me.
-Get rejected by friend again xD hahaha.
-Start Junior year.
-Make snare drum on drumline. ^__^
-Met some awesome new friends. =] <3
-Survive fall marching band season.
-Struggle and stumble in 1st quarter.
-Desperately paddle to survive 2nd quarter.
-Confess/admit... Yeaaaaa.......
-Remark and rejoice that it hasn't snowed too too much and it's already December.
-Write this blog post.
啊啊啊. 二零一零年很好吧. lol

十九: A Small Step Forward
http://news.yahoo.com/s/ap/20101213/ap_on_re_us/us_turbans_on_the_hill
It's a pretty long article, but it was well worth reading.
I don't really have any comments for it right now, still trying to think about what it's saying. but comment your thoughts. =]

十八: Vague Instructions
So the most generic essay prompt for admission to any kind of class or clinic or school, etc.: "Describe an event in your life that makes you what you are."
If I ever have to write one, Ima start it like this:
"Well, sixteen years and nine months ago... .... ..."

十五: Smile
Some days the only thing you can do is put a fake smile on your face. And some days, you get that nice feeling inside from the people who smile back. It can even turn the fake smile into a real one. =]

十三: Cruelcruel Irony
Last night I was up until 2am doing my homework. That last thing I chose to work on was my Psychology homework. This is the second night of sleep deprivation in a row and guess what the topic of this psychology chapter is? Now I loe this class and all, but this chapter was on States of Consciousness, specifically the section about sleep and dreaming. And while this has probably been my favorite chapter so far [because it was so freaking interesting], I couldn't help but cry and go "爲什麽?! T__T" because I'm sitting there so tired and having to read about the negative effects of sleep deprivation and descriptons of wonderful dreams. D: ahaha So apparently I'm at increased risk for cancer and I'm not reaching stage 4 sleep and I often miss one of the REM sleep cycles which is when the best dreams happen. :(
hahaha and so concludes my random sob story rant. ^__^

十二: Bleh
Ah so I like this girl. She's one of my classmates. And right now my mind is loopy through that whole "should I say something" process.. AHhh.. I'm thinking maybe just go confess and get it over with. But maybe I'm only thinkin' like that cuz of the fact that it's 2am and I've been doing homework since I got home from school. =P 哎呀 Help me out.. hahaha

十一: Love
This is a word that should be banned from the dictionary.. It's like putting a definite answer to something that's supposed to be unpredictable and magical. Kinda kills the meaning of life right? hehehe
十: Bored as Hell..
I'm doing AP Physics homework right now [which was given to us to do over Thanksgiving wth!!] The assignment is this packet describing 36 different mini projects: we must do every project and answer about 5-6 questions on each of them. :(
Well it got boring after project #6. [All of the projects have something to do with lightwaves and take like 10 min to set up] And you know you are super bored when you start looking up and listening to game/movie soundtracks [although Dynasty Warriors and Final Fantasy ones are actually quite nice ^__^] ahaha man.. and I just called some of my friends nerds.. =P lol

九: Hell
The following is an actual question given on a University of Washington chemistry mid term.
The answer by one student was so 'profound' that the professor shared it with colleagues, via the Internet, which is, of course, why we now have the pleasure of enjoying it as well :
Question: Is Hell exothermic (gives off heat) or endothermic (absorbs heat)?
Most of the students wrote proofs of their beliefs using Boyle's Law (gas cools when it expands and heats when it is compressed) or some variant.
One student, however, wrote the following:
First, we need to know how the mass of Hell is changing in time. So we need to know the rate at which souls are moving into Hell and the rate at which they are leaving. I think that we can safely assume that once a soul gets to Hell, it will not leave. Therefore, no souls are leaving. As for how many souls are entering Hell, let's look at the different religions that exist in the world today.
Most of these religions state that if you are not a member of their religion, you will go to Hell. Since there is more than one of these religions and since people do not belong to more than one religion, we can project that all souls go to Hell. With birth and death rates as they are, we can expect the number of souls in Hell to increase exponentially. Now, we look at the rate of change of the volume in Hell because Boyle's Law states that in order for the temperature and pressure in Hell to stay the same, the volume of Hell has to expand proportionately as souls are added.
This gives two possibilities:
1. If Hell is expanding at a slower rate than the rate at which souls enter Hell, then the temperature and pressure in Hell will increase until all Hell breaks loose.
2. If Hell is expanding at a rate faster than the increase of souls in Hell, then the temperature and pressure will drop until Hell freezes over.
So which is it?
If we accept the postulate given to me by Teresa during my Freshman year that, 'It will be a cold day in Hell before I sleep with you,' and take into account the fact that I slept with her last night, then number two must be true, and thus I am sure that Hell is exothermic and has already frozen over. The corollary of this theory is that since Hell has frozen over, it follows that it is not accepting any more souls and is therefore, extinct......leaving only Heaven, thereby proving the existence of a divine being which explains why, last night, Teresa kept shouting 'Oh my God.'

P.S. there is a become a fan thing in facebook for this :P

六半: Proof That Einstein Was a True Genius
"Women marrymen hoping they will change.
Men marry women hoping they will not.
So each is inevitably disappointed." ~Albert Einstein

"Put your hand on a hot stove for a minute, and it seems like an hour. Sit with a pretty girl for an hour, and it seems like a minute. That's relativity." ~Albert Einstein

六: The Storm
So apparently there's a jinormous blizzard coming this way. Weather reports say it's supposed to come in at 3pm. Problem is.. : It's 5 pm and the clouds look pretty light.. haha oh weather people~~
五: Trail of Life
Life's like hiking on a trail. Keep looking back [living in the past] and you will trip on something that's right in front of you. Look too far ahead [planning too far ahead] and you miss the gorgeous scenery [opportunities]. Keep livin' in the present, and you're not really getting anywhere, right? There are splits in the path [life descisions], even sections that are washed away to the point that you have no choice but to take the other path [the inevitable]. Only one thing is for sure: when you decide to give up and just lay on the side of the path and die, you will never have truly reached the end. :] You've got everything to live for.

四: On War
So here's the first serious thought I'm putting here.
War is so dumb. What's the point of it? People killing each other doesn't solve the world's problems, it just distracts us from the real problems by creating an even larger problem. So say WWII. Who won? Neither side. It's impossible to win a war. No matter which side you are one, there is only loss: of life, of soul, or happiness, of relationships, etc. No amount of land or money can sum up to a life that was taken and can't be brought back. If a side does happen to not take any loss, it wasn't a war, it was a massacre; and the "winning" side lost soul. Even the U.S. Civil War, fought for "freedom". Were slaves really free after that? Certainly in a better position, but even then they were trapped by a hateful society and only truly earned their free status in the U.S. through reasoning and peaceful talks and movements. Women's rights today are far better than they were even 50 years ago. Did we fight a war over it? No! So who's to say that there are problems in the world that just can't be solved peacefully?! (I mean no dishonor to fallen soldiers, on any side.)

二: Saving
Most people say, "when I get rich, Ima buy myself a nice European sport car" hehe I'll probably never have that kind of money, but ima make a saving jar (like in UP :D). Instead of saving for paradise falls, Ima buy a European full Grand piano. ^__^ The kind that costs more than a house!
